How payment works
Nothing is charged when a task is posted or when an offer is accepted. The customer pays through the site once the work is finished and they have marked the task complete, and the provider is paid out from that payment.
Service fee
A percentage service fee is deducted from the task amount before payout. The fee is shown to the provider before they send an offer and appears on every statement.
Payment methods
Cards and locally supported payment methods, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Currency
Tasks are priced and paid in the currency of the country the task is in.
Taxes
Prices are shown in the way that is customary for each market. Providers are responsible for their own tax registration, invoicing and remittance.
Payouts
Payouts are made to the provider’s nominated account, usually within one to two business days of completion. Verification may delay a first payout.
Refunds
Refunds follow the cancellation policy and are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Raise a problem with us before your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account restrictions.
