Can I pick up carpet in store?
Yes. Choose free store pickup at checkout and we email you as soon as the order is ready. Most in-stock carpet is ready the same day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $99. Below that a flat delivery charge applies, shown before you pay. Oversized items may be quoted separately.
How do I know how much carpet to order?
Measure the area, add about ten percent for cuts and waste, and round up to whole packs. Product pages list coverage per unit so you can work backwards from the total.
Can someone install carpet for me?
Yes. Post the job on Hire Pross, describe what you have bought, and compare offers from vetted local providers. Payment is held until you confirm the work is done.
What is the return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within the return window shown at checkout. Cut-to-size, mixed-to-order and special-order products are excluded.
