Shoring Posts & Props
Hire shoring posts & props by the day, the week or the month, from suppliers who actually cover your site. Off-hire early and the supplier can adjust; run over and the rate simply continues.

: Shoring Posts & Props
Three things decide which shoring posts & props you need: the reach or capacity the work demands, the ground it has to stand on, and how it gets onto site in the first place. Access is the one people forget.
The main classes here are adjustable steel prop, aluminium beam, post shore, slab shoring frame. Work out which class you are in first, then compare suppliers inside it - comparing across classes on price alone is how the wrong machine ends up on site.
Fuel, consumables and attachments are usually extra. Confirm what comes with the machine so the first day is not spent chasing a part.
Most of this class can be run without a formal ticket, but read the machine notes: site rules and insurers often ask for more than the law does.
